Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. 
  
• Pre-orders will be processed and shipped according to the date listed in the product description. 

Where We Ship:

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently offer international shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Domestic shipping: Shipping is free for all orders over $70. For orders under this amount, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 2-5 business days for standard shipping. 
• International shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination but generally range from 2-6 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Tech Me Out is not responsible for these charges. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

• Tech Me Out is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
