Digital orders are instantly processed when your order is placed.

We strive to process all physical orders within 1–3 business days (please note we’re closed on weekends and major holidays). Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

A preorder means you’re reserving a product before it’s officially ready to ship — either because it’s a popular item that sold out quickly or a brand-new product launching soon.

When you place a preorder, you're guaranteed a spot in line, and your order will be processed as soon as the next batch is ready — typically within 2 weeks of your order date (exact timeframes are always listed in the product description).

Preorders help us manage high demand and avoid running out of stock, and they help students like you secure your items early without missing out. Win-win!

At Tech Me Out, we’re proud to offer high-quality, thoughtfully designed study tools. Because of the educational nature of our products, all sales are final — but here’s how it works depending on the type of item:

💻 Digital Downloads

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing and reach out with any questions beforehand.

📦 Physical Products

We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item:

• Has not been opened
  
• Remains in its original packaging and wrapping
  
• Is returned in the same condition it was received
  

We take this policy seriously to ensure the integrity of our materials. Since our flashcards and study tools are designed for learning, we can’t guarantee an item hasn’t been used, copied, or shared once opened — which is why we’re unable to accept returns on opened products.
