Returns & Refund Policy
At Tech Me Out, our products are educational materials. Some are physical, some are downloaded, and some are course access. Because those work differently, the policy for each is different too. Please read the section that applies to your purchase before you buy.
Quick summary
- Physical products: returnable within 14 days if unopened and unused
- Digital downloads: final sale, no refunds once purchased
- Online courses: limited refund window on the Ultrasound Physics Course only
- Anything damaged, incorrect or not working: always made right
Physical Products
Flashcard decks, printed workbooks, clinical logbooks and physical bundles.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item:
- Is unopened, with all seals and wrapping fully intact
- Remains in its original packaging
- Is in the same condition it was received
To start a return, email support@techmeoutus.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Why opened items cannot be returned. Our flashcards and study tools are learning materials. Once a package is opened, there is no way to verify that the content has not been used, photographed, copied or shared. Keeping this policy firm is how we protect the integrity of the material for every student who buys it.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing pieces, or is not what you ordered, email support@techmeoutus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it. This is not treated as a return, and you will not be asked to cover shipping.
Digital Downloads
Digital flashcards, PDFs, printables, digital workbooks and digital bundles.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital downloads.
Digital products are delivered instantly. The moment a purchase is complete, the file can be downloaded, saved, printed and kept permanently. A download cannot be returned or un-received, so we are unable to refund one after purchase, whether or not the file has been opened.
Please review the product description, preview images and listed contents carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure what is included, email us before you buy and we will answer it.
If a file will not download, arrives corrupted, or your download link expires before you were able to use it, contact us. Delivery and access problems are always our responsibility to fix, and we will resend or restore your file.
Online Courses
Every student learns differently. To help you decide whether our teaching approach is the right fit, we strongly encourage watching the free course preview before enrolling.
Ultrasound Physics Course (Core, Premium & Pro)
Because of the digital nature of the course and the immediate access provided at enrollment, refund requests are only eligible when both of the following are true:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of enrollment
- Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or completed
Course progress is tracked automatically by our course platform. Requests that do not meet both conditions are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
Think Like the SPI™ Crash Course
The Think Like the SPI™ Crash Course is a focused SPI exam preparation resource built around question breakdowns, exam strategies and high yield review. Because of its digital nature and the immediate access provided at purchase, all sales are final. Please review the course description carefully before purchasing.
Interactive Physics Companion™
The Interactive Physics Companion™ is delivered as immediate, full digital access to every interactive lesson. All sales are final. A free demo is available so you can experience the lessons before you buy.

By purchasing any Tech Me Out product or enrolling in any Tech Me Out course, you acknowledge that you have:
- Reviewed the product or course description, and the free preview where one is available
- Read and understood the format and teaching style
- Understood the digital nature of any digital product being purchased, and that digital products are final sale
- Read and agreed to this Refund Policy

For help with course access, billing, technical support, account questions, upgrade requests, damaged orders, or to submit a return or refund request, please contact our Student Experience & Support team.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 to 2 business days. If something is wrong with your order, reach out to us first. We would much rather fix it directly than have you go through your bank.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that order.
